What You Get

A fully configured n8n instance running on your server, production-ready from day one. No per-task fees. No vendor lock-in. Your data stays on your infrastructure.

✓ SSL/HTTPS via Let's Encrypt -- required for webhooks and security, auto-renewing
✓ Nginx reverse proxy -- clean URL (n8n.yourdomain.com), proper headers, security hardening
✓ Automated daily backups -- workflow data and credentials backed up to a separate location
✓ Monitoring and alerts -- Slack notification if n8n goes down or a workflow fails
✓ One starter workflow -- I'll build one workflow of your choice (lead capture, notification, or data sync)
✓ Documentation -- server access details, update procedure, and troubleshooting guide

What's not included

This is infrastructure setup, not workflow development. The $500 covers one starter workflow. Additional workflow builds are priced separately ($3,000-$7,500 depending on complexity). Server hosting costs ($5-20/month) are paid directly to your cloud provider.

How It Works

Day 1: 20-minute call to understand your setup. Do you have a server? What domain? What's the first workflow you want to build? I handle the rest.

Day 2: I provision or configure your server, install n8n, set up SSL, configure backups and monitoring, and build your starter workflow.

Day 3: You get access. I walk you through the interface, show you how to create and manage workflows, and hand over the documentation. You're up and running.

Total turnaround: 48 hours from the initial call.

After Setup

Once n8n is running, you have three paths forward:

✓ Build workflows yourself -- n8n has a visual builder that doesn't require coding. I'll show you the basics during handoff.
✓ Use templates -- import ready-made workflow templates and customize them for your tools. Browse templates →
✓ Hire me to build -- I build custom workflows tailored to your specific processes and tools ($3,000-$7,500 per project).
